To Our Valued Guests

The COVID-19 situation has emphasized the importance of self care and has highlighted the tremendous capability for compassion within our community. The current directive from President Trump is to stay at home until April 30th and as such, we expect to be closed until that time. If we are able to reopen sooner, or if the date extends beyond that, we’ll keep you posted on here. Our staff have been chatting via our communication app daily and they miss you and can’t wait to get back to work to see you!

Many of you had appointments scheduled during our mandatory shut-down and we request that you kindly contact us to reschedule your appointments once we return to work. We appreciate your patience in this matter (we know many of your received confirmations as we were unable to get all of the reminders out of the cue and it caused some confusion).

To help put your mind at ease, please know that all of your unused Spa Member services will not expire and will roll forward for when you return.

We’re also working diligently to develop ways to support your home care needs during this time. We are now offering options to send us an e-mail and we will ship all of your products directly from our distributors for PCA, Image, and Pevonia. Stay tuned for future updates via our e-mail, Facebook, and Instagram channels!

How Amai Day Spa can help

Amai Day Spa therapists are employees, as opposed to many others who operate as booth renters or independent contractor. As such, our employees have eligibility for a variety of benefits including 401Ks and paid PTO. Many are eligible for Unemployment benefits during this time as well.

How you can help

Spa Members – Please don’t cancel. We ask you to hold on and we will ensure your benefits do not expire so that you can receive your services once we reopen. We know you will probably need a few extra pampering sessions after all of this as well!

Gift cards  – Please consider buying online gift cards so we can continue to maintain minimum operations and be ready to care for you when we reopen. Gift cards are available 24/7 online.

Retail Purchases – Continuing to purchase your retail products also helps us to maintain minimum operations. Please send us an e-mail and we will ship all of your products directly from our distributors for PCA, Image, and Pevonia. We are also shipping our CBD body care products directly to you. If you don’t remember what you usually order, just let us know if your e-mail and we’ll help you figure it out!

We encourage you to find the beauty in this time of a slower paced life and take a little time to care for yourself and your loved ones. We look forward to the opportunity to pamper you!
